Earlier today, Sony sold Sony Online Entertainment to an investment firm by the name of Columbus Nova. While many may not think this is a big deal, the truth of the matter is that the move will have ramifications on future titles such as Everquest Next, H1Z1, and the PS4 release of Planetside 2.

Having picked up on the news as soon as it happened, we decided to record a brief react to share our candid thoughts on what this move could mean for Sony moving forward.

Our cast for this show includes:Charles Singletary Jr. (host), Chris Sealy , Richard Bailey Jr., and Jakejames Lugo.

What are you’re thoughts on Sony selling their online subdivision. Please feel free to let us know your answers to that and more in the comments section below.

Welcome to week 13 of Knights of the Turntable, our podcast in which we speak about Hip Hop music. This week we spent a lot of time discussing the Pitchfork article Jean Grae’s Spectacular Second Act. The article highlights some of Jean Grae’s other artistic talents outside of the rap music realm. She has an independent sit-com, an audio book and an RnB EP. It may not be rap, but it’s still Hip Hop in my eyes. Hip Hop is all about expressing creativity, and this doesn’t just have to be via rap music. Being an artist is more than just laying your vocals over a beat, and Jean Grae is setting a great example for everyone who calls themselves an artist. Let us know your thoughts on this subject!

Its a very big deal for fighting game fans around the world. If you don’t own a PlayStation 4, you may need to purchase one soon if you want to play the latest iteration of Capcom’s classic fighting game series. But is there more to this news?

Join us for a REACT Podcast where me, Tony, Charles, and Michael A. dissect the leaked announcement trailer and the PS4 exclusivity news. As an added bonus, we discuss the importance of Street Fighter V not being on Xbox One and and where the Street Fighter series will go next.

Young Thug was recently asked to comment on the controversy in Ferguson Missouri concerning Darren Wilson's verdict. Predictably, Young Thug didn't have much to say on the issue and played it safe. But why does the media typically target rappers who don't promote conscious thinking for concerns such as Ferguson? There's a ton of rappers who would have had legit things to say on the issue, yet Young Thug is the one sought for a response. On this episode we discuss our thoughts on this and more.
